At Seasons at Laguna, our homes provide a warm, inviting atmosphere with structure and support for all their daily needs. Located throughout the Orange County region of beautiful Southern California, each home is a tiny oasis of comfort and beauty nestled near the mountains and the beach, with easy access to city conveniences.

From the Front

When seen from the street, our homes are the picture of livability, with manicured lawns and simple landscaping accented by flowers. Shrubbery marks the driveway as well as all paths to and from the building.

Kitchen and Dining Rooms

Often considered the heart of any home, our kitchens are designed to host more than just meals. We encourage all residents to gather for meals as well as regular socializing in the dining area. Each of our kitchens is equipped with clean, modern appliances and gleaming granite countertops.

Living Rooms

Comfort is key in our living rooms, and we provide for every occasion. There’s an abundance of comfortable seating for visiting with housemates as well as guests, televisions for tuning in to big events and movie nights, music players for the musically-inclined, and even fireplaces for when the California evenings get chilly. The living rooms also provide safe and easy access to the patio.

Bedrooms

Private and serene, our bedrooms provide all our residents need in a space of their own, with ample opportunity to add the personal touches that make it feel like home. In all our homes, each bedroom has a access to to the back or side yard for a lovely, natural view—plus added safety in case of an emergency.

Backyards

Each of our homes has a large, well-maintained backyard to take full advantage of California’s greatest natural resource—the weather. Patios provide space for quiet moments enjoying the day, reading, or other outdoor activities. Grills are also supplied for staff-prepared outdoor meals.
